Recipe to TRY
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
1/2oz. (1,5cl) fresh lemon juice
2oz. (6cl) semi-skimmed milk
2oz. (6cl) cloudy apple juice
Pour in a blender, the ice cream, the syrup, the milk, the apple juice and the fresh lemon juice. Add crushed ice and blend in order to obtain a homogeneous mixture with sorbet texture.
You may add some ice cream or crushed ice if the mixture does not set.
Serve in a “Hurricane” 48cl
